In the other part of my practice as a divorce and family law attorney, I see all too often the horror side of divorce and the effects on the kids. That's one of the reasons I believe so strongly in collaborative divorce where we have a team of professionals in place to keep everyone focused on maintaining a respectful and productive relationship, especially where there are children.
